Unexpected kindness at the front desk

Woke up to the aroma of fresh coffee. The front desk staff were exceptionally attentive, helping me with directions and dining recommendations that truly enriched my stay.

Unfortunately, the breakfast options were quite limited and repetitive, leaving me wishing for more variety each morning. Wi-Fi connectivity was sporadic, causing some inconveniences during work hours.

A delightful stay with spacious rooms, a kitchenette, and the best churros at breakfast! The staff was friendly and the location perfect for exploring. Enjoyed the little restaurant downstairs too. Only minor issues were the decor’s dim lighting and some noise from the courtyard. Still a great place to unwind after a day in the city!

For future guests, try to coordinate breakfast early, as options can be limited later. A great value for the price!

I booked a 4-night stay in a Superior Double or Twin Room. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Avenida 9 de Julio, making it easy to get around the city. Check-in was a breeze, and my room was spacious and clean. It had a kitchenette with a microwave and kettle, perfect for late-night snacks. However, the room felt a bit dim at night due to limited lighting. Breakfast options were decent, featuring pastries, fresh fruit, and good coffee, but there weren’t many savory choices for those who prefer something else. Internet connection was weak, making it tough to hold online meetings. That was frustrating since I had important work to do. The front desk staff were generally helpful, though some struggled with English. Housekeeping did a great job maintaining the room, keeping it spotless each day. Some noise from the central atrium was noticeable, especially during happy hour, which made afternoon naps a challenge. Overall, it was a solid stay, and I'd consider returning if improvements were made in the internet and room lighting.

Home away from home!

This place has become my favorite spot in Buenos Aires! Super comfy rooms with a small kitchen, which was awesome for quick meals. The breakfast was delightful, especially the churros – hands down, the best! Just wish the area felt a bit safer when wandering around at night.
